“Spent $70 on a knee brace that did nothing. This did everything.”

It doesn't squeeze your whole knee. It targets the one point that actually causes your ache.

Your knee isn't the problem. Where the force goes is.
Every step. Every stair. Every push-off. The force drives straight through one tiny point below your kneecap.
One point. The size of a loonie.
Knee sleeves wrap the entire joint. They spread pressure everywhere — so it concentrates nowhere. You've been padding the whole knee to protect a spot the width of a coin.
This is not a knee brace. It's smaller. On purpose.
A brace wraps the whole joint in neoprene — like putting a bandage on your whole arm when you've cut one finger.
Kaven puts pressure on the exact spot and redirects it. Like straightening a sticking door's frame instead of oiling the hinges.
It stays where you put it.
The #1 complaint about every strap: it slides. During lunges. During runs. During an ordinary walk. The silicone pad grips your skin and locks in.
Charlotte E. wore hers through a full 10K. Emma D. through four days hiking the Peak District — on muddy trails.
Wear it for 10 hours. Forget it's there.
Open-weave, breathable materials. No sweat pooling. No itch. No rash.
Wear it under work trousers, gym leggings, football socks. Nobody sees it — but your knee will feel it.
Back to the things they'd given up.
“Played two full sets of tennis without it slipping once. Six months ago I couldn't finish a match. Now I'm back on court three times a week and my knee doesn't even cross my mind.”
“Physio told me to try a patellar strap. Sceptical at first but after a week at the gym I'm a total convert. Leg press, squats, lunges, the lot. No aching afterwards. Wish I'd found it years ago.”
“My knee had me watching from the sideline for months. Fits right under my football socks and doesn't shift through a full 90 minutes. Back to training three times a week. Feels like me again.”
“45 minutes on the elliptical every morning and my knee never used to make it past 20. With this strap I'm finishing the full session every single time. Comfortable, breathable, doesn't budge.”
“I'd given up on my garden. Kneeling, bending, digging — it all hurt too much. Wore this strap and spent three hours out there the day it arrived. My daughter couldn't believe I was back at it.”
“Did a 9-mile coastal walk last weekend with one on each knee. Felt absolutely nothing. I used to have to turn back at mile three. Now I just keep going. My walking group have all ordered a pair.”
Try it on your own knees for 14 days. The risk is ours, not yours.
Wear it on your walks, in the garden, at the gym. If your knee doesn't feel the difference, send it back for a full refund — and we'll pay the return postage. Over 33,350 customers have already made the switch.
Straight answers.
How is this different from a knee brace?
A brace wraps and compresses the entire joint. Kaven does the opposite — it applies precise pressure on the patellar tendon, the one point below your kneecap where the ache actually starts, and redirects the load away from it.
I've tried braces and sleeves before. Nothing worked. Why would this?
Because braces and sleeves treat the whole knee. If your pain comes from the tendon below the kneecap — and for most people it does — spreading pressure everywhere is exactly why nothing changed. Kaven targets the source instead of padding around it.
It looks really small. Does it actually do anything?
That's the point. It's small because it only needs to do one thing, extremely well. 98% of surveyed users reported immediate relief the first time they wore it correctly.
Will it fit my knee?
Yes. One adjustable size fits circumferences from roughly 30 to 56 cm. The hook-and-loop closure lets you dial in the exact tension you want.
Will it slide down during exercise?
No. The silicone lock-point pad grips your skin rather than sitting on fabric. Customers have worn it through full 10Ks, 90-minute matches and multi-day hikes on muddy trails without it shifting.
Can I wear it all day?
Absolutely. The open-weave knit is breathable enough for 10-plus hours with no sweat pooling, itch or rash. Most people forget they have it on.
How do I know I'm wearing it correctly?
Sit it about an inch (2–3 cm) below the kneecap, over the tendon — not right up against the patella. Snug, not tight. Each order includes a simple placement guide, and this one adjustment is what makes the difference for most people.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Then you send it back within 14 days for a full refund, and we cover the return. There's no risk in finding out whether it works for you.
I'm writing this to all the skeptic comments I just read. I too was a skeptic but I decided to give it a try. I put mine on & I immediately noticed a difference. I even questioned myself. But knowing I had a trial time frame I kept wearing them. …
My left knee always hurt after playing pickleball. I'm 74 and have tried every knee brace on the market. Nothing helped. I've seen people using these so I figured why not. I put them on and like flipping a switch have not had any pain since. They work as advertised.
Yes I bought the Kaven and in fairness it certainly helps ease the knee pain and allows me to walk with much less pain.
The best patella strap I've ever owned. Not perfect but close.
I have had this Kaven Precision Strap for a week, I have been suffering for years with no meniscus and this has made a huge difference in my ability to go up and down steps on stairs.
Trail biking again
Mountain biking with patellar tendinitis was getting impossible. Crashed last year and made it worse. This strap got me back on the trails by week 3. Best money I've spent on biking gear and I have a $5,000 CAD bike.
Best money I've spent in years
I've spent way more on stuff that did way less. Pain went from a 7 to a 2 in less than two weeks. I wear it walking the dog, doing yard work, even cleaning the house. It just works.
Hiking again at 58
I hadn't been hiking in 3 years because my knees would scream after a mile. Wore this on a 6 mile trail last weekend and felt better at the end than at the start. My husband couldn't believe it.
